Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Founding Titans (“Founding Titans”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Foundingtitans.com and any related websites, applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Founding Titans.

1. Account Creation & Registration: You must register for an account to access Founding Titans features. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during and after the registration process.
   
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and account credentials. Any activity on your account will be considered your own. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Platform

1. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Founding Titans. You may use the Platform solely for professional networking, professional relationship building, and business development purposes consistent with these Terms.
2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws or regulations, infringe the rights of others or upload unlawful content, harass, abuse, or harm another person, unauthorized access to our systems, distributing malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
   

User Content

1. Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your Content. By posting, you grant Founding Titans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and store such Content as described herein.
2. AI/ML Training License: You also grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use, aggregate, anonymize or pseudonymize, and process your Content (including profile data, messages, and activity) to train, improve, and develop our artificial intelligence and machine-learning models and related services.
   
3. Moderation & Removal: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.
   

Subscription and Payment

1. Plans: Founding Titans offers various subscription plans. Details of these plans, including pricing and features, are available on our website.
2. Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. Payments must be made through the payment methods specified by Founding Titans.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued as per our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and copyrights on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Founding Titans. Except as expressly provided, no rights are granted to you. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
2. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to Founding Titans. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content to provide the Platform’s services.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Founding Titans. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Data Privacy

1. Collection and Use: We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such data practices.

Termination

Change and Modifications to Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
